Which selling method should I choose?

When it comes to selling your property, there are three popular methods to choose from

• Private Treaty (sale)
• Public Auction
• Public Tender

Each has it's own advantages and it is advisable to speak to me about the benefits of each method. This will ensure we choose the road for you to take which will maximise the best price in your time frame.

I have successfully utilised all three methods, however I have found sale by Public Auction to be the most effective method for properties located in Wanaka. Auction is effective in the event of there being difficuly in clearly determining the value of a property whereby a value range may be more practical.
